Cheesy Cheese


Yesterday I was feeling Mehiko (read:Mexico) and i have 10 racks of DVD's i havent touch..., so i was thinkin'...what goes better with movies? hmm...NACHOS !! than i ran to the groceries and grab some stuff :

1 pound of ground beef
1 small onion (chop)
2 packs of Tortilla Chips
1 medium tomato (chop)
1 avocado (slice)--> optional
2 Jalapeno pepper (slice) --> optional
1/2 cup of Kraft Cedar Cheese (goes better with Mozzarella tough)
1 pack of Instant Nachos Season (could be any brand) mine: Wellington

How I cook it:

1. Stir up instant season with warm water (put aside)
2. Cook the beef and onion in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate the meat. Pour the instant season mixture and stir into the skillet. Cook until the beef is hot and bubbling
3. Heat the remaining soup mixture in medium heat until it's hot and bubbling
4. Place the chip in serving platter and top with the beef mixture, spoon the soup mixture over the beef mixture. Top it with tomato, avocado and jalapeno pepper.
5. Last but not least pour the chedar cheese on the top of it all...

There i have "my potato couch" best-friend..Happy cooking guys...:D
